Gate 3

Gate 4

The maximum building height in this venue is 3 meters inside the stand. This also includes beach flags and other stand fixtures. If you have fixtures/materials that exceed 3m (and max. 3.50m), please contact Building Green who will investigate the possibilities for placement on the outer edges of the hall.
Due to the low structure of the stand, it is not allowed to hang banners over the stand.
It is not permitted to damage the floors, walls, roof structure and equipment with screws, drills, nails or in any other way inside the venue.
Construction and exhibition material must be kept within the stand area during the exhibition – this is for the sake of the exhibition as a whole, exhibition flow, cleaning, escape routes, etc.
No logos may be placed against neighboring stands that may cause confusion for visitors.
TESA Tape or power strips can be used for adhesion. At the end of the exhibition, the stand walls must appear as they did at the start. If you want to mount special items such as foil, TV, heavy equipment etc. on the stand walls, please contact Lokomotivværkstedet.

For roofed or covered stands, this must be approved in advance. Coverings larger than 6m2 are not allowed in the venue.
It is a requirement for all canopies that at least one of the sides is open to the hall so that smoke cannot accumulate.
You must not have an open fire or create smoke. As these things will set off the fire alarm, which means that the venue must be emptied and the fire brigade called, it costs DKK 7,500.
ALL stands that have wood or other flammable material on the stand must have a fire extinguisher. Exhibitors can either bring this themselves or rent it from Lokomotivværkstedet.
The stands are vacuumed, and garbage is removed between set-up day and the first event day. But between the event days it is only common areas. However, it is possible to purchase cleaning at the stand.
It is the responsibility of the individual exhibitor to insure the items exhibited at the stand and to cover any damage caused by products, persons or exhibition items to third parties, e.g. the public, while they are at or near the exhibitor’s stand. See the Exhibitor Regulations.
Build-up hours:
Opening hours during build-up on October 28 are from 07:30 – 21:30.
If you need more time to set-up your stand, it is possible to book access to Lokomotivværkstedet on October 27 from 12:00-17:00. The price for this is DKK 3,000,- excl. VAT. It should be booked in advance via Building Green. It is not possible to show up on October 27 without having booked beforehand.
Dismantling hours:
All exhibitors should dismantle on October 30 from 17:00 – 22:00.
NOTE: Stand breakdown must not start before the fair is over on October 30 at 17:00. A penalty of DKK 5,000 incl. VAT will be charged if you begin breakdown before the exhibition is officially closed.
All exhibitors must have collected their stand inventory etc. when Lokomotivværkstedet closes its doors at 22:00. This means that any carriers that exhibitor’s book to pick up stand inventory must ALSO have picked up the goods by 22:00 on October 30.
Building Green does not have access to the venue on October 31st, and it is not possible to leave your things behind.
If you have goods or exhibition material sent to you by courier, it can be received no earlier than the day before build-up. The company name and stand number must be stated on the shipping documents. The carrier must have a telephone number for you in advance so that you can be contacted when the carrier arrives and has placed your goods in the middle of your stand. It is important that you have been notified that the goods are unloaded correctly, so that we avoid pallets/materials in the aisles and in front of the gates – this must be done before the carrier leaves the area. Under no circumstances should your materials be unloaded at a random door/gate, they MUST be placed inside the stand. Otherwise, we risk losing your goods and we can easily block emergency exits.
Building Green and Lokomotivværkstedet disclaim all responsibility in connection with delivered goods, and furthermore has no possibility to pay the carrier for delivery on behalf of the exhibitor.
Goods delivered to the exhibitor in connection with the exhibition and signed for by Lokomotivværkstedet are at the exhibitor’s own risk.

So please remember to book in advance!
Waste containers are located at the rear entrance (Gate 4) of venue. For lighter waste, plastic cups, napkins, etc. there are bins around the hall.
If you need a truck and/or lift to transport your exhibition material from the entrance of the venue to your stand and for storage of empties etc., these must be booked and agreed directly with the venue. Only the staff at Lokomotivværkstedet are allowed to drive in the hall with lifts/trucks/cars. As we have floor plates in several places with load limitations, exhibitors are not allowed to drive trucks etc. through the hall themselves. There will be a few ordinary pallet lifts for common use for everyone during build-up/dismantling, but it cannot be guaranteed that you will find an available pallet lift on arrival. So, keep an eye out in the hall.
There are restrictions as to what you can and cannot serve/hand out inside your stand during the event. Exhibitors are allowed to have small tastings, but not e.g. a large cup of coffee, a plate of food etc. We need to respect the café provided by Building Green.

Building Green has a number of collaborations and activities with selected media aimed at the target group that we would also like to be visited by at the event.
These media ensure a continuous focus on Building Green in the form of advertisements and news on the web and in newsletters in the period leading up to the event, and are key players when it comes to reaching all corners of the industry.
Our media partners offer Building Green’s exhibitors to participate on their platforms and in the format that each trade media is strongest in reaching the target audience.
It is important to us that Building Green’s exhibitors do not feel “overrun” by advertising offers, and we therefore encourage our trade media to save on inquiries.
In addition, from the organizer’s side, we also want to keep exhibitors informed about who Building Green has collaborations/activities with. Participation in advertising on trade media platforms should give you the advantage of being placed in the correct context in relation to Building Green. Building Green.
Product Information
For visitors looking for a specific manufacturer/product/solution, Product Information is on hand to help. At the entrance to the exhibition area, Byggematerialer.dk is available for visitors as well as exhibitors to help with information about the exhibition. Therefore, it is important as an exhibitor to submit a form for the online catalog. In this way, your product is marketed to the fullest. Byggematerialer.dk will make sure to contact you and put the correct information on the exhibitor portal, which is active from September 29 to December 1, 2025.
In accordance with GDPR, Building Green now has the following guidelines for attendee registration for the event:
By registering with Building Green, you agree that Building Green will record and store the contact details entered in accordance with applicable legislation. At the entrance to Building Green, you will be given a name badge with a chip containing the contact information you entered when registering for Building Green.
This allows the registrant to share their contact details with exhibitors by scanning the name badge at each stand. By having their badge scanned, they are giving their consent for the exhibitor to contact them by email with marketing and information about their products after the Building Green event.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time and if you do not wish to receive marketing from the exhibitor, simply do not scan the name badge on the stand or contact the exhibitor directly afterwards.
