As an exhibitor at Building Green you will get visibility and the marketing services described in our media plan. We distribute Building Green invitations in brochure and PDF format to all our exhibitors. In addition we offer the services mentioned below:
Advertising – Building Green Eventmagazine
The Building Green Event magazine gives to every visitor at the entrance. It consists of ads, practical information, full program, quick guide, exhibitors list etc., is a free physical magazine for all visitors. You can purchase the following:
-Half-paged ad in printed Event magazine (B: 210xh:148 mm., four colors) – 4.000 DKK
-Full-paged ad in printed Event magazine (B: 210xh:297 mm., four colors) – 6.000 DKK

Digital Product Catalogue
The Catalogue will consist of sustainable products and news from the exhibitors made in collaboration with Byggematerialer.dk. This will include:
-The opportunity for more information about all exhibitors.
-The opportunity of getting 3 products profiled with description, certifications and sustainability.
-Category searching among all exhibitors.
-Quick view of all companies with environmental certifications.

By downloading Eventbuizz Lead Scanner app, exhibitors can collect information fast and easy by scanning the visitors’ card/key hanger. Visitor data will be available for downloading via your phone to your E-mail during and after the event.
Many exhibitors choose to buy acquisitions to get as much visibility as possible. There are four types of acquisitions and if you have other wishes and needs, please let us know.
Logo on screen
At the Copenhagen Event your logo will be shown on Main Stage during breaks and eight other screens around the venue.
-5 sec. loop screen exposure: 2.000 DKK
Get your brochures distributed among the audience on the Building Green stages. The number of seats varies depending on which event you exhibit.
-Distribution (format size: max. A4, max. 300g) – 6.000 DKK
All prices are excluding VAT.
Stand personnel must wear a visible exhibitor card carrying their name and the name of their company.
Note: The card grants access to the hall in the morning before the fair opens to visitors, so please bring it home in the evening. Only persons who will be stationed on the stand can be issued with a card. The cards are not transferable. Exhibitor cards are not required for tradesmen who will be involved in stand setup and breakdown.
Stand material – Delivery & Collection
Is it impossible to deliver or collect all material and crates at times other than mentioned in the exhibition manual please contact Centralvaerkstedet.
Eventbuizz Lead Scanner App
All exhibitors have access to a lead Scanner App. Scan a visitor’s card, get their acceptance and send them info, newsletter etc. after the event. When you have registered all stand personel you have acces to the app.
No collaboration with International Fairs Directory
Some exhibitors at Building Green have received physical mail from International Fairs Directory with an offer to promote your company at their webpage. Building Green want to make sure that there is no collaboration or contact between Building Green and International Fairs Directory.
Building Green recommend exhibitors not to answer or contact the company International Fairs Directory.
